Hoopo is looking for a Strategic Accounts Sales Executive who will drive Hoopo’s growth by seeking and building relationships with Enterprise & strategic prospective customers in the global transportation arena, specifically in the Maritime and intermodal industries. The ideal candidate is excited about prospecting and leading a complex sales lifecycle from start to closed deals with leading industry stakeholders. You will be capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations with high-positioned (V-level) customer stakeholders. You are able to study and gain an in-depth understanding of customers’ journeys and can lead complex, multi-party sales in a consultative manner.
What you'll do

Cover new business activities with prospects mainly from the EU and APAC

Be able to Identify, qualify, negotiate, and close new business opportunities

Be able to manage, reach and exceed personal quotas, forecast deal cycle timelines and anticipate contract values.

Lead complex negotiations and the closing of new business, including appropriate use of senior Hoopo’s executives and product specialists to improve deal outcomes

Help develop and refine go-to-market strategy and advise on product and commercial development according to customers’ needs

Serve as an active member of the global sales team and build strong, collaborative relationships through broader business functions such as Marketing, Customer Success, Partner Development

Work closely with the SDR team and Marketing team to identify and target appropriate hitlist accounts

Provide product, market intelligence, and competitive analysis

Be a driver of process improvements and constantly improve sales knowledge

Ensure Hoopo is top of mind when our prospects are looking for new measurement solutions

Be open to public speaking at conferences, round tables, and webinars

You'll be reporting to the CBO
What you need for this role
-
Minimum overall 5-7 years experience in HW + SaaS Sales Executive roles, a minimum of 3 years experience out of them in Strategic Accounts management

Extensive hands-on experience selling IOT/HW & SaaS solutions to a B2B audience

Proven success in Enterprise lead generation, contract negotiation and closing

Proven record of meeting & exceeding quotas

Ability to travel to the EU and to APAC

Native English - full working proficiency

Experience operating with Hubspot
